Our team are more than happy to help you with your travel where possible but please adhere to the travel policies applicable to your engagement. These should be provided to you during your onboarding - please let us know if this is not the case.
All travel costs, excluding long-haul flights, should be paid for with your Hyphen virtual credit card. We use Revolut Business to provide as many on-site contractors as possible with access to credit facilities.
However, due to Revolut's terms and conditions, we are unable to guarantee that professional partners from particular countries will receive a virtual credit card. In this event, private payments - complete with supporting invoices or receipts - can be reclaimed via our Chronos app.
In rare and exceptional cases, we might consider expense claims made without receipts but will require a justifiable reason. If this happens, please contact accounts.payable@hyphen.group
Please ensure your passport and other relevant travel documents (for example, visas) are up to date before travelling.
