I made a purchase on the Hyphen card by mistake. What should I do?

Please see the "Recording Expenses" section of this guide for the process of reporting accidental expense. In case of any questions, please contact accountspayable@hyphen.group as soon as possible. Please note that we will require you to refund the amount to Hyphen but rest assured our team will be on hand to guide you through the process.


My colleague is working on the same project - can I give them access to my card?

No, the card is tied to you personally, and you will be responsible for any expenses incurred on it.


Can I use the card to order room service and other ad-hoc hotel expenses?

Yes, however, it is important to request an itemised invoice at checkout to ensure that these can be processed without issue and adhere to the applicable expense policies for your engagement.
