One more thing...

You can always trust us to find your perfect project – so please keep us informed of your availability and we will look for the right opportunity for you.

IT do's and dont's

  • Ensure you have obtained permission from your Hyphen point of contact and a client representative before accessing any project-related information on your personal devices. In most instances, you should not need to use your own devices for work purposes.
  • Don't store any project-related data on your personal devices; instead, use your Hyphen OneDrive folder to save, access and work on any client-related files and data.
  • Double-check you have deleted all project-related data from your personal devices at the end of the project in the rare event that you were approved to store or access any on your own IT equipment.
  • Please don't post details of your engagement or the end client on LinkedIn or any other social media platforms. You will be engaged as a contractor of Hyphen and must not display any information about the end client without written approval from ourselves and the client first.
  • Get in touch if you have any problems with your IT setup and one of our team can guide you through the process.
  • Don't click on any links in suspicious emails that could compromise client data or security.
  • Please make sure you use strong passwords, anti-virus software on incoming files, and secure Wi-Fi networks at all times.

Most of these are common sense and practical ways of keeping IT systems safe and secure but please let us know if you face any problems or need any technical assistance by emailing tech@hyphen.group
